A mattress pad or a protector stands as a barrier against stains and damages caused by fluids. It is also called a mattress topper or an under-pad and is places right on top of the mattress to enhance your comfort. Let us have a look at how mattress pads can be beneficial for your mattress.

A mattress pad helps you keep a hygienic sleep environment

The sleep environment must be hygienic as millions of unseen mites can live in your home right in your mattress. Those who are prone to ailments and other allergies like asthma and eczema, associated with house dust should consider the mattress pads. To fight these issue mattress pads were designed, it is also researched that when a fitted mattress pad is used it make sure you have a clean and protected sleep environment.
